MYCAA – Tuition Assistance For Millitary Spouses:
Military spouses may qualify for up to $4,000 in tuition assistance to receive career training from Morrison Education Center. Please contact the school office at (757) 818-4999 for more details about the application process and eligibility requirements.
Morrison Education Center Weekly Payment Plan:
Students who do not wish to pay in full will be able to make weekly payments over the first 10 weeks of class. All students are required to pay a down payment before orientation day. The remaining balance will be divided up evenly over the first 10 weeks of the term. Down payment and weekly payment amounts vary so please contact the program administrator for more information. Prior to the first day of class, we require a payment agreement to be signed by you and our program administrator.

Our school is an all-inclusive program, which covers all fees, registration, administrative costs, and supply costs. Please see below for the breakdown of costs.
- $100 Application Fee – Due at the time of application submission. This fee is non-refundable.
- $525 Lab Supply Fee – Due on or before the start of class. This fee is non-refundable.

All students are required to make a minimum payment of the following on or before orientation date. This downpayment is what will secure your space in our class. Though you have until the term start date to pay the downpayment, please remember that our class sizes are small and fill quickly.
- $100 Application Fee
- $525 Lab Supply Fee
- $1,000 towards tuition

Student’s Right to Withdraw and Receive a Refund
The enrollment agreement is a legally binding instrument upon the school’s written acceptance of the student’s application for admission.
Students may choose to withdraw from the program at any time. Morrison Education Center will use the below refund policy, depending on how much of the course has been taught to the student.
- Application Fee $100
- Lab Supply/Technology Fee $525.00 (Unless the student withdraws prior to the term start date, in which case the Lab Supply/Technology Fee is refundable.)
- Payment processing fees that the school incurs in order to process student payments such as credit card, PayPal and CareCredit® processing fees. Fees vary by company and payment amounts.
Tuition for students who elect to withdraw or are terminated from the program after the class has started will be refunded or pro-rated according to the following calculations, less any non-refundable fees:
